SBL 超級籃球聯賽. 陳怡伶. SBL 起源. 2003 年間，距離職籃封館已有四年之遠，為了振興台灣籃壇，在時任行政院體育委員會主任委員林德福指示下，催生 SBL 超級籃球聯賽， 92 年四月籌組成立「中華民國超級籃球聯賽推動小組」，由立委「籃球博士」鄭志龍擔任召集人，邀請中華民國籃球協會、社會甲組球隊資深代表、以及行政院體委會副主委朱壽騫等專業人士組成。. 籃球規則. 1. 國際籃球規則下的比賽為為 40 分鐘，分四節，每節時為 10 分鐘。 2. 國際籃球球場的 3 分線距離籃筐距離為 6.75 米。

  2. SBL起源 2003年間，距離職籃封館已有四年之遠，為了振興台灣籃壇，在時任行政院體育委員會主任委員林德福指示下，催生SBL超級籃球聯賽，92年四月籌組成立「中華民國超級籃球聯賽推動小組」，由立委「籃球博士」鄭志龍擔任召集人，邀請中華民國籃球協會、社會甲組球隊資深代表、以及行政院體委會副主委朱壽騫等專業人士組成。

  3. 籃球規則 1.國際籃球規則下的比賽為為40分鐘，分四節，每節時為10分鐘。 2.國際籃球球場的3分線距離籃筐距離為6.75米。 3.國際籃球球場面積為28米×15米。 4.國際籃球三秒區是面積為5.8米×4.9米的長方形。 5.國際籃球比賽中暫停為4次，加時賽暫停1次 6.國際籃球的暫停時長為1分鐘。 7.國際籃球每次進攻限制用時為24秒。
