Use the information you learned to create a paper doll about your immigrant • Head- Three traditional foods that your immigrant would have eaten (bullet points) • Mouth- Language that your immigrant spoke • Stomach- How this group was treated when they came to America (one paragraph) • Hand- The Country’s Flag (colored) • Right Leg- Traditional Jobs they held in America (bullet points) • Feet – Major religions of the people of that immigrant group. • Arms- Major reasons for immigrating to America (bullet points) • Clothing- One piece of clothing/article of clothing that represents their country from the time period of immigration • Left Leg- Statistics of the numbers of immigrants from your country that came to the USA (bullet points) • (optional)- Suitcase with photo collage of immigrants (black and white photos/ illustrated photos)
