Chapter Index Scoreboard Fraternity Involvement 18% of Overall Score 0 points = 0-33% attendance at chapter meetings and chapter events 3 points = 34-50% attendance at chapter meetings and chapter events 6 points = 51-75% attendance at chapter meetings and chapter events 9 points = 76-100% attendance at chapter meetings and chapter events Fraternity Involvement Award

  4. Chapter Index Scoreboard Greek Community 15% of Overall Score 5 points = If you have a Big Sister 5 points = If you have a little sister OR you competed in a Sorority pageant this semester 5 points = If you participated in Greek AOL Greek Community Award

Chapter Index Scoreboard Fraternity Recruitment 20 % of Overall Score 0 points = 33% or less attendance at Recruitment events 5 points = 34-66% attendance at Recruitment events 10 points = 67-100% attendance at Recruitment events 20 points = If you are in the current Associate Member Class 5 = Recruited one member of the current Associate Member Class 10 = Recruited two or more members of the current Associate Member Class Fraternity Recruitment Award

Chapter Scoreboard Index Discount Off of Dues and Fees Article IX, Section 5 (f): For recruiting two Associate Members who becomes an initiated Brother and pays his dues and fees, said Brother will receive a 100% discount off his local dues and fees, excluding national dues. * Discount will apply to fall 2011 dues and fees

  9. Determination of Recognition • 1. Awards: The top 4 scorers in each category will be placed on a ballot for a final vote by the Zeta • 2. Jerseys • Scholar of the Semester: highest cumulative GPA • Officer and Associate Member of the semester: the top 4 overall scorers will be placed on a ballot for a final vote by the Zeta • Most Improved Brother of the Semester: write in ballot • 3. Plaques • Officer of the Year: choose from Brothers who held High Zeta positions for both semesters • Most Improved Brother of Year: write in ballot • Brother of the Year: the top 4 overall scorers will be placed on the ballot for a final vote by the Zeta
