  5. Partnering • part·ner·ing (verb) - • The act of uniting or associating with another or others in an activity or a sphere of common interest. First Line Technology

  6. Case Study You accept a position with an agency in an area that is new to you. After speaking with your staff, you realize that there are no mutual aid agreements in place and your predecessor has “burned all of the bridges”…now what? First Line Technology
