About the Analysis • Prepared using a third-party tool developed by Boston-based Nucleus Research • Inputs reflecting the current processes came from the Town of Tillsonburg (ToT) team • The benefits and savings are assumed as a result of Ceridian’s demonstration of Dayforce HCM – a single SaaS-based application for Payroll, Benefits, and Time. • The comparison takes into account the current Ceridian solution • The analysis is based on a 3-year period • Everything is translated into $CAD savings to keep the calculation consistent • Calculation accounts for staff time required during implementation • In ToT’s case, the goal is to justify $20,609 in implementation costs since the recurring annual fees are virtually the same ($29,257 current vs. $30,240 proposed)
