Robyn EdwardEvent Coordinator2007 Emerald Multicultural FestivalOn behalf of the organizing committee of th 2007 Emerald Multicultural Festival, I would like to sincerely thank you for bringing your group – The Brisbane Babas Band - to Emerald to perform at this event.Having you there, I think added a great deal of colour, energy and cultural value to the program.We were delighted that the audience was so large – some estimates have it around the 5000 mark at around 7:30 pm – so I think you can be proud of being a major reason for such increase from the previous year, when 3000 attended.People have gone out of their way to stop and tell me how much they enjoyed your band’s performance at the festival. So you have left an impression in the community here.
