Sales orders • Job Order Without Sales orders, • Product BOMs, • Production Process • Costing, • Production Planning • Job order approval, • Daily transactions • WIP Analysis • In process QC, • Rejection / Rework handling • FG Store, • Job work orders. • The Production Planning and Control Module delivers advanced features to facilitate efficient implementation and control. • Features such as lead time scheduling, component availability, capacity checks, and standard costing are available to ensure uninterrupted production operations. • All data relevant to production (planned orders, and production orders) are transferred to the PPC module through Requirements Planning. • The various functions such as the formation of all work orders, aggregate and variable productions, product tree variances, variable work plans, and preparation of all production documents, are standard features supplied by the module. • Production planning optimizes the utilization of manufacturing capacity, parts, components and material resources using historical production data and sales forecasting

  8. PRODUCTION PROCESS • Production Planning • Describes weekly planning of production like Daily/weekly target of production to be done. Also contains design description of product. • Material Requisition • This is used to create the material requirement for Job production planning • Daily Transaction • Contains daily production target achieved • Tells the total manpower involved • Describes Process Observation and various tests done • Contains Operator wise hours worked and various machine parameters.

PRODUCTION PROCESS • WIP • This is used to control the WIP on Production Floor and movement of WIP from one process to next process • Production Stock • This is used to capture process wise stock created • Also the rejection is captured here process wise • Bulk Consumption • This form is used to handle the bulk consumption on the production floor. • FG Stock • This is used to update the daily production • This form is updated automatically after the last production process has been completed

JOB WORK HANDLING • During production at any stage some processes have to be outsourced which can not be done for any reason, The Job work Module is used for the same • Job work order • This form is used to create the Job work order • Job Out • This is used to send the material to fabricators • Job In • This is used for receiving the material after job work

  11. MACHINE MAINTENANCE The Plant and Machine Maintenance module provides an integrated solution for supporting the operational needs of an enterprise-wide system. The module includes an entire family of products covering all aspects of plant/machine maintenance and becomes integral to the achievement of process improvement. All maintenance tasks such as inspection, servicing and repair activities are saved in a historical database. In addition to standard indicators, diverse analysis options are also available in the system for evaluating this data. All electricity consumption, Power Factor, Gen Set diesel consumptions, Gen set working Hrs, Water consumptions and Machine breakdown history can be maintained and analyzed for future course of action and improvements. • Machine details, • Service Plans, • Maintenance and Service Logs, • Complaint registers, • Job Assignments • Fuel consumption Register, • Power House Log • Equipment record and • Spare parts Inventory .
