  3. The Story Story: Check guide; needs to tell who passes who and when as well as the order of finish. • On a cold February day, Adia, Brandon, Taylor, and Kaliph decided to have a 50 foot race. In order to make it interesting we used different modes of transportation. Adia did spins, Kaliph used a pogo stick, Taylor used a scooter and Brandon ran as fast as he could. Adia had a 10 foot head start. Brandon started at the regular distance and time. Kaliph started 2 seconds late, and Taylor started 4 seconds late.

  5. Equations Taylor's equation wrong. Check guide. • Brandon started at the starting line and at 0 seconds and went 50 feet in 3 seconds. Therefore, his equation is y=16.667x. • Kaliph started at the starting line with a 2 second late start and went 50 feet in 6 seconds. So, his equation is y=6.25x-12.5 • Adiahad 10 feet head start and went 40 feet in 7 seconds. Her equation is y=5.7x+10. • Taylor started at the starting line with a 4 second late start and went 50 feet in 6 seconds. Therefore, her equation is y=8.3x
