Artist • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fs44yVJ08Ck • Liam also known by his performance name Hudz, is an unsigned artist from Manchester. • He is a grime/hip hop artist. • His song is about the effects of not having an father figure to look up to which results in crime, that leads him to a inventible death.

  3. Contact with the artist • On the 29/10/2013 I first got in contact with my artist and I proposed the idea of doing a music video for him, he agreed. I gave him time to figure out what track he wanted to use. • 11/11/2013 we talked about the location and what ideas we both had to exchange with each other. What ideas did you discuss?

  4. Treatment • I’m going to be filming the artist inside the studio. In most the shots he will be rapping. Lighting atmosphere? I want my music video to look realistic by adjusting the colors to look more darker. • Because I have a narrative I’m going to film accordingly to the story the majority of the time. • I will have shots in Handforth/Wilmslow, in the streets mostly and in a house. • I think this video will appeal to people of all ages but also the main target is the youth. • His song is about the effects of not having an father figure to look up to which results in crime, that leads him to a inventible death.

  6. Scene Breakdown Scene 1 • (Long wide shot) Elliot walking back home. • (Back close up/Front close up) Elliot nearly finished walking home. • (Wide shot) Elliot’s house then after a few seconds later he walks in. • (Low angle shot) His mum picks up debt letters. • (Chorus)

  7. Scene 2 - Street corner • We see the child hanging around young adults. They Offer him drugs. (shots from a really low angle) chjild’s perspective. • Shot’s of distorted faces • Shot of weed being passed to him • Walk through space, tracking shot. closu up of people’s clothes and hands.

  8. Scene 3/4 (Long shot) Elliot on his bike riding down the road.
