HOW THE INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM WORKS • Outside air passes through an efficient air filter and germicidal UV light, which purifies the air by removing dust, pollen, mold spores, bacteria and other air borne particulates • The moisture is condensed from the outside air on “food grade” coated coils and collected in a Ultra Violet (UV) protected chamber • It is then stored in a holding tank which is continuously ozonated to ensure that it is free of contaminants • As needed, water is drawn from the tank, filtered through a Volatile Organic Chemical (VOC) carbon filter and then passed through the germicidal Ultra-Violet (UV) sanitation light • Water is ready to be dispensed hot and cold through indoor water dispenser units that can be placed anywhere drinking water is needed • Purified, Cool, Dry Conditioned air provides a comfortable environment inside the building

  20. FILTRATION SYSTEM Our system uses an Advanced Water Filtration System to purify and then maintaining the purity level of the water.We can also design “Custom Filtration System” depending on each individual project needs and requirements

FILTRATION SYSTEM Unless specifically requested or required by a project, the water generators come with our advanced multi-step water filtration system: • Recirculation and delivery pump - constantly recirculates water in storage tank and delivers water to point of use (POU). Has built-in controls that protect pump from running in zero-flow condition • Sediment filter - five micron string wound filter the removes suspended solids from water • Carbon filter - removes organics and oxidants from the water • Pressure gauges - show the inlet and outlet pressures of the filter cartridges. Change the filters when there is a 10 psi increase in the difference between these two gauges. • Germicidal Ultraviolet Unit - the UV chamber allows filtered water to be exposed to high levels of ultraviolet (UV) light. UV treatment disinfects water and prevents buildup of bacteria. • Ozone injection.- ozone gas is drawn into the tank recirculation stream. Ozone is a very strong oxidant and provides a residual disinfectant that keeps water in the tank free of any biological growth

These plants come complete with all the engineering, water manufacturing unit, bottle manufacturing units with auto wash, fill, cap, and packaging and bar coding, we also have the air to water manufacturing units to retro-fit existing conventional water bottling plants that use ground water or trucked in water supplies. • Our 1st air-to-water bottling plant is in Jakarta, Indonesia producing 10,000 litres a day and being marketed under the name “Purence, Dew drinking water”

  31. NUMEROUS APPLICATIONS RETROFIT EXISTING HVAC/AC SYSTEM You do not necessarily need to install new systems to a building. We can retrofit your existing HVAC or Climate Control System to produce fresh purified drinking water and condition the air to a more comfortable level. When added with an HCU unit, your existing HVAC/AC system’s efficiency will increase, resulting in great reduction in power consumption and ultimately obtain significant savings (as much as 40%) in operating expenses. EVAPORATIVE COOLING PAD TECHNOLOGY • The Evaporative Cooling Pads (Patent Pending) can be installed as an option on the front of the industrial/commercial system. • They will increase water production capacity by as much as 300% during hot days. • The technology involves using brackish, grey or salt water to flow across the pad. The water is then evaporated to produce 100% humidity required by the generators to produce water. • Many parts of the world have ample brackish water available, but they do not have enough humidity and lack clean drinking water. • Using the evaporative cooling pad technology, Aquair can now offer a solution to provide water even in drier regions.
