New Account Requirements When creating an EPSB account, you must provide the following via the EPSB website; • Unique Identification – SSN and DOB • Your demographic information • Creation of a User Name and Password • Answers to Password Hint Questions • Electronically Sign the EPSB User Agreement

  3. Initial Registration www.kyepsb.net EPSB Website Create a new user account for EPSB

  4. Initial Registration • Enter your full SSN and Birth Date • Type in the Security Picture Code as it is displayed • Click the ‘Create Account’ button Enter the Security Code In this example, type the numbers dbb9b * Denotes required information

  5. Demographic Information Enter the required contact information * Denotes required information

  6. User Name, Password & Hints • User Name must be at least 6 characters and unique • Password must contain a combination of at least 6 letters and numbers • Hint Questions & Answers are needed for the Password Recovery process • Click the ‘Create Account’ button * Denotes required information

  7. Once your account has been successfully created, you will receive confirmation on the screen and via email Print or retain this information for future reference Successful Account Creation Screen Confirmation Email Confirmation

  8. Login www.kyepsb.net EPSB Website Enter your newly created User Name and Password. Click the ‘go’ button to login.

  9. User Agreement The first time you login with your new account, you will be asked to read and electronically sign the Individual User Agreement.

  10. Home Page Whenever you login to EPSB, you will see your ‘Home Page’. This page contains links to your EPSB applications.
