Vocabulary • Inertia- A property of matter by which it remains at rest or In uniform motion in the same straight line unless acted upon by some external force. • Motion-The act, process, or state of changing place or position; movement; the passing of a body from one place or position to another, weather voluntary or involuntary.
Real life examples • When you kick a football. • When you dive into a swimming pool. • When your seat belt saves you during an accident.

EXAMPLES • If you want to push a wagon and it is empty, it takes less force. If it is full, it takes more force. • If you pull the wagon, it will move in the direction you are pulling it.
