Project 2010-04.1 FERC Order 804, Complete and accurate Load Forecasts including supporting methodology • Project 2010-14.1 BAL-002 BA Areas share equally in providing interconnection frequency support • Project 2010-14.2 BAL-005, -006 BA meets balancing obligations • Project 2010-14.2.2 Retire BAL-004 • Project 2015-02 Emergency Ops Periodic Review • Project 2015-04 Alignment of NERC of Glossary Terms and Definitions Used in the Rule of Procedure NERC Monitored Projects

Project 2010-04.1 FERC Order 804, Complete and accurate Load Forecasts including supporting methodology • Includes Distribution Provider and Load Serving Entities in reporting requirements for load data • Load data requirements are yearly and monthly • Possible linkages to NAESB standards dealing with forecasting (e.g., NITS) Project 2010-04.1

Project 2010-14.1 BAL-002 Contingency Reserve • Multiple NERC Glossary Terms additions and modifications: Balancing Contingency Event, Most Severe Single Contingency, Reportable Balancing Contingency Event, Contingency Event Recovery Period, Contingency Reserve Restoration Period, Pre-Reporting Contingency Event ACE Value, Reserve Sharing Group Reporting ACE, Contingency Reserve • Project 2010-14.2 BAL-005, -006 Host BA meets balancing obligations • Project technical white paper includes evaluation of WEQ-007 on the basis on modifications made to these two reliability standards • Project 2010-14.2.2 Retire BAL-004 • Initial ballot scheduled for November 2015, SDT recommends retirement • Various stages of development • BAL-002 balloting complete, submitted to NERC BOT for adoption • BAL-005 & -006 September 2015 industry comments are in SDT review • BAL-004 balloting and industry review November 2015 with the SDT recommending retirement BAL Standard Projects

  6. Project 2015-04 Alignment of NERC Glossary of Terms • Retains and modifies ‘Load Serving Entity’ • Technical White Paper posted, retains all NERC Glossary Terms with modifications to some (e.g., LSE) Project 2015-04
