All this for making 'Vegan lettuce wrap' Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 20 Minutes Servings: 6-7 Ingredients required: 1. Umami Sauce ( Exclude Cheese while preparing ) 2. Tofu - 1 container approximately 3. Lettuce 4. Brown rice noodles - around 125 gms or 4 ounces 5. 1/4th cup peanuts 6. 1 green onion or handful much cilantro Preparation: 1. Boil the noodles or soak them in lukewarm water till they are soft almost to 90% as we will be cooking them again with a little sauce too. 2. Now the time to prepare tofu while the noodles are boiling and soaking in water. Wipe the moisture out of tofu with a napkin or a soaking paper and cut it into cubes. Stir fry the tofu till its properly cooked, crispy, and brown. Add some sauce and stir fry tofu in it. Keep stirring till it absorbs the flavor and texture of the sauce. Once cooked - keep them in another bowl. 3. In the same pan - add some oil and add noodles to it, add some umami sauce to bind the flavors together. Do not heat this for too long and add a little water it the noodles feel sticky.
