Status of identification of franchisees by SSA level committee
Status of appointment of Rural distributor & Direct Selling Agent in the SSAs (2011-12)
TARGETS: • SSAs are setting targets as per potential of the territory. • Achievements against these targets are considered for further extension of franchisee-ship.
Performance Management of Franchisees: • Franchisee performance to be evaluated at SSA in first week of every month • Performance Review Committee (SSA Head, SSA Sales Head & RMC) has to review the performance • The performance to be reviewed on following parameters:
So far only Jaipur SSA has reviewed and asked for action against three franchisees.

Full Talk Value schemes on C-Top-up for March’12 • Full Talk Value on C-TOP-UP of Rs.250 with 250 local SMS free • Talk Value of Rs.1200 on C-TOP-UP of Rs.1100 with 1200 SMS free

Incentive to Staff over various scheme Up to 31/03/2012 • On sale of WLL CDMA connections under prepaid Plan 351RJ • Rs. 50/- per connection upto 4 connections sold in a month. • Rs. 100/- per connection if more than 4 connections sold in a month. • On MNP (port in) • 50% of plan or Rs.150/- which ever is less for postpaid commission • Rs. 50/- per connection for prepaid connection
Advertisements of services: • Outdoor activities: Hoardings, Gantries, Bus Shelters, Back lit towers, tree guards etc., are finalised for Alwar, Kota, Udaipur, And Jaipur SSAs. • Electronic Media: Jingles are being given through all FM radio channels in Jaipur, Udaipur, Kota, Jodhpur, Ajmer and AIR • New schemes on departmental hoardings are displayed in all SSAs • Pointers are regularly being given in leading newspapers • Press notes are being given for new schemes

Utilization of Photographs of Brand Ambassador Presently there is no brand ambassador for BSNL services. Therefore, old display containing any photograph of previous brand ambassadors should be removed immediately.
