2. Pouring • A cast which needs a fixed partial denture is duplicated. • The duplicated cast is poured with dental stone. • The cast is checked.

3. Trimming and Basing • I trimmed the cast and made pindex on the prepared teeth. • I poured the base of die stone, the base is trimmed also.

4. Cutting and Articulation • I cut the removable dies with saw. • I mounted the cast on the articulator with the use of the lower cast and bite registration.

5. Wax up and Sprue • I used die spacer, separating medium before waxing up. • I waxed the sprues on the wax pattern. • I Invested the bridge on the ring using the correct ratio.

11. Divesting and Sand blast • After the casting is completed and the ring is cooled down the ring is divested. • Using sand blast machine the investment residuals are eliminated.

12. De-spruing and Finishing • I corrected the fitting of the restoration. • I removed the sprues with disk. • I did finishing of the the metal framework.

14. Degazing • I oxidized/degazed the metal framework with heating it in porcelain furnace. • I made the opaque layer on the oxidized framework and heated by the vacuumed furnace.

15. Porcelain • I made dentine layer above the opaque. • Then I made enamel layer on the areas that needs translucency.

16. Glazing and Polishing • I put the porcelain restoration to be glazed on the furnace. • Polishing the metallic culler, pontics.
