1. AMENDMENTS TO D17 RULES OF PROCEDURE MS. OLIVIA FERRY Past International President Chairman By-Laws and Resolutions Committee

2. MOTION I move (1) that the discussions and voting on the proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedure at today’s session of the 20TH District Conference address substantive changes to the District 17 Rules of Procedure as proposed by the By Laws and Resolutions Committee and approved by the District Board only; and (2) to accept all proposed amendments that do not change the original meaning and intent of existing provisions, such as the use or addition of new and clarifying language or terms, grammatical corrections, re-formating, the deletion of redundancies and the like which appear in italics in the Rules of Procedure document on pages ____to ____ of the Conference Handbook, without the need to present and discuss each proposed amendment one at a time.
