Reportnet Tools ROD – Reporting Obligation Database DD – Data Dictionary GDEM – Generic Data Exchange Modules CDR – Central Data Repository Data Service Directory – user access management CR – content registry
Data Delivery Central datarepository NRCs view • Data Preparation • What to do ? • How to prepare ? • How to deliver ?
ROD - Reporting Obligation Database Annualy updated Annual data request letter – sent by EEA
DD - Data Dictionary Contains the precise definition of requested data: • Data structure and data elements • Definitions and methodologies (tables, elements • Format, data type, plausibility limits of elements
DD - Data Dictionary Contains also … • All relevant instruction text • Fully-automated-stand-alone update guidance for each water sector • Fully automated set of xls-templates for each water sector / table available for download DD – Update Guidance – XLS-templates - GDEM always in line and up-to-date
GDEM Generic Data Exchange Module • To be found on CDR • WebForm • For GW body characterisation • pre-filled with already provided data • For editing a rather smaller number of GW bodies(Alternatively: xls in DD – for huge list) • Quality-Check against Data Dictionary
CDR - Central Data Repository • Upload your files in a new envelope • Edit GDEM GW body characterisation Finally release envelope!
