  3. Telephone Headset Telephone headsets are commonly used to help employees function more effectively with their furniture. Examples of headsets available on eStore GN 2117ST GN 2120NC Telephone headsets provide employees with the opportunity to multi-task without any restrictions. Using the telephone and the computer at the same time is made easier and allows for increased mobility. Furthermore, this tool allows employees to focus their attention on posture and proper placement of their hands and elbows without having to worry about cradling the telephone which can cause neck and shoulder discomfort. 3 November 2011

  4. Wireless Mouse & Keyboard A wireless mouse and keyboard are available to order to provide more movement and flexibility for the employee. Wireless Advantages: • Easy side-by-side client interaction • Increased mobility if the office layout needs to be rearranged • More organized work space 4 November 2011

  5. Monitor Arm The clamp mount single monitor arm can be ordered for the Private Office. This adjustable arm will help employees move the screen up and down and side-to-side which will allow for easy viewing when working side-by-side with clients and sharing information. This option will also create more desk space, allowing the employee to maintain a clean and clutter-free work environment. Note: Bolt mount is also available. Please specify the mounting location on desk. Provide a separate drawing including the dimensions to indicate where the installer should drill the hole. Corner Creator The corner creator provides a keyboard and mouse surface by bridging two surfaces of equal height. It is available in standard latte or ebony finishes and can accommodate 1.25” thick work surface. A gel palm rest comes with the corner creator. 5 November 2011

  6. Mobile CPU Holder The Porky CPU holder comes with one CPU Porky trolley, one wire manager, four castors (two front lockable) and assembly hardware. The width of the porky can be adjusted from 3” to 10”. The mobility of the holder allows employees to position the CPU in various areas under their desk to suite their preferences. It also provides ease of movement when needing to plug / unplug. Foot rest Based on the height of the employee and the set-up of the office chair, this footrest can be ordered to help employees sit at the correct height and position of their desk. The footrest has a fixed height with an active angle adjust. 6 November 2011

  7. Lamp If there is not enough lighting in the financial office, a desk lamp can be ordered to help employees complete their work more efficiently. It will also prevent employees from straining their eyes. Document Stand The adjustable metal document stand provides employees with the opportunity to organize and easily view documents at eye level. Expansion Power Module Power bar allows for additional power outlets under the desk surface. 7 November 2011

Keyboard Tray • Large Phenolic Keyboard Tray: This 27” W option is equipped a slim profile, mono arm mechanics, removable anti-microbial Tiers thin edge palmrest and anti-slip keyboard surface pads . Sit / Stand Mono Arm: allows for the keyboard to raise above the desk by 7.75” and below by 6.75” so the user can stand during the day. Simple intuitive adjustments – no levers or cumbersome two-handed operations • Dial-a-tilt with (10° to -15°) • 360° arm rotation • 21” track for full tray stowage (Note: In order to successfully install the keyboard tray, an additional 2” of the actual track length (unobstructed depth) is always required under the workstation.) • Fully retractable to provide extra room when not using the computer • Smooth underside to eliminate catching clothing 8 November 2011

  10. Laptop Stand & Monitor Stand Laptop Stand The laptop stand is a height / angle-adjustable laptop platform with cord management and room for a docking port. The laptop stand offers display height adjustment while still allowing keyboard access. It is designed to be used with a separate full-size keyboard and mouse. Note: A collapsible model is also available. Monitor Stand Stackable 1 1/2" stands are used to position Monitors at the desired height. Convenient paper storage is provided between stands. Supports up to 75 lbs. A Monitor Stand kit raises the monitor by 3". If required to raise the monitor more than 3", order additional kits as needed.
