  2. Introduction The project was set to examine quality of three things in certain part of a terrain near to our school: • Transport • Waste management • Green areas Divided into groups, we started our examination.

  4. Part 1: Transport Our task was to check if transportation infrastructure on area marked on map is comfortable for people using it.

  5. WSZiB & KE Our school has its own parking, and is close to two bus stops - Miasteczko Studenckie AGH and Przybyszewskiego.

  6. AGH Area which belongs to AGH (University of Science and Technology) is very friendly for people, there are parking places for cars and bikes near to every student hostel. Students travel mostly by buses or on foot, but also by bike - very rarely they use cars.

  7. Street survey We asked people living there if they have any suggestions for any changes in transport; except willing for more bike roads and parkings for cars they were very happy about how it works now.

  9. Młynówka Królewska-park Itisline of parksformed on old trough of Rudawa river. Itwas createdduring 50’s and 60’s and nowitisreally popular among Kraków citizens.It’sapproximetelylenghtisabout 5 km.

  11. Privategreenareas-gardens AlongLea street thereareplenty of single-familyhouses,manywiththeirowngardens,which we cancount as greenareas. Theyare not opened for public use,butstillthey consistof plants,whicharerefreshingpolluted air.
