  2. Program Designed to: • Bring eligible housing units into compliance with local housing standards • Reduce ongoing and future maintenance costs • Promote energy efficiency • Preserve decent affordable owner-occupied housing

  3. Program Quick Facts for Eligibility: • Must be a resident of the CRA (staff will verify address is in CRA District); • Must meet Lake County’s Income guidelines for very-low, low, and moderate income; • Home must be owner occupied; • Property must be current on all taxes and liens; • Property must not have had prior rehab. assistance under the CHMCRA rehab program with the last (5) years; • First come first served as funds allow.
