  2. Meeting Formats • Monthly Theme (First Tues.) • Photos due (following mo. Thur.) • Demo Night (Every other month) • Member provides topic • Training Night (last meeting before outing) • Photos due (second meeting following outing) • Travelogue (Once per quarter) • Guest Speaker (As available) • Critique Night (Once per quarter) • Photo Q&A (Open discussion every meeting)

  3. Outing Ideas • Help passing ideas with places and events • Newspapers, Magazines, Internet, TV, Radio • What kinds of events: • Hands on (Night, Street, Event, Nature photos?) • Gallery visits (What can we learn?) • Shopping excursions (What do I buy/need?) • Studio visits (How do the Pros do it?) • Tours (Take me to the places?) • Need more committee volunteers (6 max) • Contact: Rob Shaw, Larry Clements, Saito Yukinobu, or Sylwia Carter to sign up

  4. Member Contact • Events are arriving into our Club email box, but need quicker turnaround to notify members • Suggestion is to provide contact info for all members so information can be shared directly • Solutions: • Send list of email addresses to all members • Provide members comment ability to website • Pros / Cons: Open discussion

  5. Photo Q&A • Open to all topics regarding photography or Club business • Provide open discussion of interesting or confusing topics • Tips, techniques, answers, or explanations • Open Forum format; Ask Away!
