COSTS TO BE CHARGED TO THE PROJECT When we have to decide whether a cost has to be included in a reporting period we have to CONSIDER THE DAY IN WHICH YOU USE THE SERVICE. Only if this day is included in the period we can include the cost, even if the service has been contracted and paid in a different period. 1° REPORTING PERIODJuly 1st 2005 – June 30th 2006GENERAL PROBLEMS

1° - bis REPORTING PERIOD: July 1st 2006 - August 30th 2006 DETAILS Remember that the totals have to be written in euro both in the PMR and in the Form C. The totals in your form C should be the same as your PMR TRAVEL COSTS: they cannot be included in this report if they have been sustained later. PERSONNEL COSTS: if part of the work has been done out of the reporting period, it has to be divided and the cost for June included in a special cell in form C. The costs need to be specified only in the management report, in the section “justification of costs”. Further details provided by your administratrion on specific aspects cannot be accepted. 1° REPORTING PERIODJuly 1st 2005 – June 30th 2006GENERAL PROBLEMS
