Three Sets of Changes are Proposed • Category One: • Changes required to implement the change in process for Ownership Share Changes summarized on a slide titled “Ownership Share Revisions”. • Category Two: • Changes to the Asset Registration Process identified by Market Participants or in audits. These are summarized in a slide titled “Asset Registration Revisions (known issues)”. • Category Three: • General Clean-Up Changes to the two Manuals. These are summarized in two slides titled “General Clean-Up”
Overview • This project started with inquiries from Host Participant Assigned Meter Readers and ISO staff about allowing Ownership Share changes to become effective within a month; • No changes to the notice provisions are proposed; • The current monthly limitation appears to be based upon implementation limits that can now be overcome.
Next Steps Schedule • These revisions allow added flexibility for Market Participants; • Today is the first presentation in the normally three-meeting process towards a vote; and • There are no Tariff changes required to permit this.
