  4. Wichtige Information • Registration due by March 1 • Cost: $15 with lunch, $5 without lunch • 8:15-~2:00 • a day filled with competitions, seminars and FUN!

  5. What does the day look like? • 8:15-8:45 Opening session • 8:45-12:25 5 sessions of competitions and seminars, and time for lunch • 12:30 – ~2:00 skit/music competition and awards presentation

Competitions • Compete at your level • Trophies and ribbons awarded • Knowledge Bowl • Poetry Writing and Recitation • Poetry Video Interpretation • Vocal and Instrumental Music • Skits and Video Skits • Video Werbung • Artwork and Poster • Theme Display Competition • Directed Dialogue • Spelling Bee • Music Video • Torte & Kuchen • T-Shirt

  7. Seminars • Vary from year to year • Go when not competing • Learn something new or just have fun • Include activities like: • build a castle • relay races • card games, puzzles • gingerbread cookies • friendship bracelets • watch music videos

  9. Flohmarkt • You have a chance to buy German items

  10. Photo Booth • Dress up & take your picture for $1

  11. Cake Competition becomes dessert

  12. Cookie Decorating Seminar • Usually there is some kind of make-it, eat-it seminar
