Preparation Preparation – Month/Week Advance • Organization is Key • Clean up Stock Rooms, Offices, Warehouses, etc. • Price Tag Merchandise (Tag facing front) • Review Transactional Data • Review/Receive All Inter-Store Transfers • Fix All “X” Scans • Identify Special Order/Layaways Based on Settings • Track Committed Inventory – Inventory Store Setting • Deduct Inventory On Pickup – POS 2 Store Setting • Check Open RA’s • Schedule Confirm Inventory – Support • Confirm GL Accounts are Mapped
Preparation Preparation – Day Advance • Confirm All Receiving is Completed • Purchase Orders • Transfers • Confirm All Orders are Shipped • Sales Orders • Special Orders • Return Authorizations • Identify All Special Orders/Layaways Needing Counted • Clear All Remaining “X” Items • Check and Charge Collection Devices

Physical Inventory App Inventory App Flow • Export Barcode File from Celerant and Load on Device • Prevents and Notifies User of Invalid Barcode Scan without requiring connection to DB Server • Start Area Being Counted • Scan Items • Finish Area Being Counted • Finishing Area Provides Total Scan Validation • Export Counted Items to File • Pull File from Device Using iTunes or Disk Aid (3rd Party Option) • Import Count File into Celerant
Physical Inventory App Export Barcodes From Celerant • Physical Inventory > Export Barcodes To File • Save the file as .TXT (remove .CSV) • Do Not Select any Options from the Export Barcodes screen • Save the File as “validcodes.txt”
Physical Inventory App Load Valid Barcodes To iTunes • Open iTunes – Select Apps • Scroll Down to File Sharing • Celerant Inventory App Should be Listed • Add the validcodes.txt File that was Exported • If Prompted – Replace Existing validcodes.txt File

Count Inventory Scanning Inventory • Select “Finish Area” to Enter Quantity Scanned • Prompt: Enter validation quantity – Select “Validate” • Validation Failed: • Rescan – Removes items scanned in area • Accept – Allows starting of new area
Count Inventory Scanning Inventory • Select “Finish Area” to Enter Quantity Scanned • Prompt: Enter validation quantity – Select “Validate” • Validation Successful: • No – Continues Current Area • New Area – Allows starting of New Area
Count Inventory Scanning Inventory • Cancel Session – Able to Clear Everything Scanned • Restart Area – Able to Clear Current Area being processed
Count Inventory Scanning Inventory • Invalid Barcode – Scanning an Invalid Barcode will alert the User with an invalid buzz sound while vibrating the iPod/iPhone
Count Inventory Scanning Inventory • Once Complete – Select “Export” on the Button • Export – This will save the data scanned into a file labeled “celerant.txt” in order to access through iTunes.
Count Inventory Export Inventory From iTunes • Open iTunes – Select Apps • Scroll Down to File Sharing • Celerant Inventory App Should be Listed • Select “celerant.txt” File. Drag and drop to desired location on machine.

Compare and Rollback Compare and Rollback • Compare/Rollback - System compares items physically counted with what system thought was on-hand at that time period • Rollback Date – System will compare qty’s based off date entered • Rollback looks at data as of 12:01AM of Date selected • Physical Starts Beginning of Day 1/1/13 • Rollback = 1/1/13 • Physical Starts Ending of Day 1/1/13 • Rollback = 1/2/13 • Blank Rollback Date – Compares count as of Current Date
