Definition Of Terms The Scriptures- The 66 Books Of The Bible, Both Old and New Testaments. Teach- To impart knowledge, to instruct Baptism- Immersion in water. Penitent Believer- One who believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God (Jn. 8:24), and has repented of past sins (Acts 17:30). For - In order to obtain. Remission of sins- The forgiveness of past (alien) sins.
What Is NOT In Dispute? Who Saves Us God Saves Us! (Acts 28:28) Whether Or Not We Are Saved By Faith Yes, Faith Saves Us! (Luke 8:12) Whether Or Not We Are Saved By Christ’s Blood It Saves! (Matthew 26:28) Whether Or Not We Are Saved By God’s Grace We Are! (Ephesians 2:8)

The Conversion Of Cornelius Study Acts 10 with Acts 11…. 11:4 – “by order” 11:14; 10:6 – “words … shall be saved” 11:15 – “as I BEGAN to speak” (Rom. 10:17) If Cornelius was saved then, he was saved before FAITH!! Peter then COMMANDED them to be baptized (10:48). Acts 11:18
