STAR… • Successful attempt on such a large scale – 350 offices covering 70% of the transactions. • Revenue mobilisation in computerized offices is 75% of the total revenue, which amounts to Rs.12.35 billion • Self sustaining • Made operational on Feb, 2000….on pilot basis

Disaster Recovery Mechanism(DRM) – Measures Taken • Introduction of Scanning module such that no corrections in images can be done by any person. • Daily Database Backup taken at every SRO. • Monthly Database backup sent to DRO and DIG office. • Mirror image of database maintained at the office of IG registration.
Future Plan • Remaining 260 offices to be covered. • Online registration in any of the registering offices in the state • Online audit of AG office
