  5. Guest Registration From the community’s home page, click the link to register guests

  6. Guest Registration Enter a license plate number and click Submit

  7. Guest Registration To register a new vehicle, click Register

  8. GuestRegistration Includes information to help the Board if there are any issues

  9. Guest Registration When present in the database, members can view tow-eligibility and register more visits.

  10. Administration Mobile PC screens enable on-site personnel to check tow-eligibility or input citations in real time.

  11. Administration • Online tools are available for administrators to track vehicle activity and tow eligibility

  12. Cost Justification: One wrongful tow costs the Association approximately $250.00. If ActivityTracker saves one wrongful tow a month, it pays for itself and then some.
