prediction • Our prediction is that the workplace will be more efficient as we can work at our own pace and time schedules. • Would allow us to avoid distractions and stress involved in completing work within a specified time during the day. • Can also be beneficial to those who have other responsibilities such as child care, second jobs, and frequent illnesses such as migraines.
What is ROWE ROWE stands for Results Only Work Environment. In a ROWE, employees are not evaluated on their attendance, but simply on their performance. (Drive p.86) Employees can show up at work when they want, leave when they want, and do work when they want. The only rule is that your work has to get done and on time.

opinion • Can’t have entire company operate under ROWE • We believe upper management and more companies should adopt a ROWE atmosphere because it’s proven to increase productivity and efficiency, along with a better work environment for the employees.
