  5. Advanced Honors Diploma • Same requirements as Advanced Diplomas but includes Honors/AP/IB credit in the following areas: • English 3 • Math 2 • Science 2 • Social Studies 2 • Foreign Language 1 • Elective 2 • TOTAL 12 ** Requires a 3.25 unweighted/3.85 weighted gpa

Graduation Requirements Special Notes • Students may waive their 2nd year of PE by playing a school or club sport, marching band or performing group participation. • Most students within the CCSD earn their computer credit in middle school • While foreign language is not required to graduate, most colleges and universities required at least 2 years of 1 language for admission • Students must pass all 4 Nevada High School Proficiency Exams (NHSPE): Math, Reading, Science and Writing to receive a diploma. • While all classes count toward CCSD graduation, colleges mainly look at a student’s grades in core subjects for admission.
