  1. Lets Go Eco!! By Rebecca

  2. Rivers & Canals Canals and Rivers are one of the best things on Earth, except they are turning into a rubbish hole which they shouldn’t be like that. They should just be water, swans, ducks and fish but that’s not all that’s there. There is rubbish in our beautiful Rivers and Canals , there shouldn’t be anything in the Rivers but animals. The first picture shows a lovely River with nothing in it but animals. That’s what they should look like. There’s a big big difference in the next picture. It is full of RUBBISH!!! Old football’s, cans of juice, crisp packet’s , sweetie packets and the worst thing of all there are left over cans of beer. With beer STILL IN IT!!!! These things should be put in recycling bins or if they can’t be recycled put them in the bin so our Canals and Rivers don’t become a rubbish hole.

  3. How to green your recycling Recycling got its start almost four decades ago, when a U.S. paper company wanted a symbol to communicate its products’ recycled contents to customers. To many people, recycling conjures up the blue plastic bins and bottle drives but recycling is a design principal, a law of nature, a source of creativity and a source of prosperity.

  4. Composting • Composting is a great way to turn what would otherwise be garbage into a beneficial product to us in your garden. • While it may sound intimidating at first, there are several methods of composting.

  5. Why compost??

  6. Paper recycling

  7. Paper recycling is the process of turning waste paper into new paper products. There are three categories of paper that can be used as feed stocks for making recycled paper: mill broke, pre-consumer waste, and post-consumer waste.[1]Mill broke is paper trimmings and other paper scrap from the manufacture of paper, and is recycled internally in a paper mill. Pre-consumer waste is material which left the paper mill but was discarded before it was ready for consumer use. Post-consumer waste is material discarded after consumer use, such as old corrugated containers (OCC), old magazines, old newspapers (ONP), office paper, old telephone directories, and residential mixed paper (RMP).[2] Paper suitable for recycling is called "scrap paper", often used to produce molded pulp packaging. The industrial process of removing printing ink from paper fibers of recycled paper to make deinked pulp is called deinking, an invention of the German jurist Justus Claproth Recycling paper

  8. Switch of light bulbs And turn of taps • Everybody needs to turn of taps and switch of light bulbs because if we don’t we will waste electricity and water. • If we don’t turn of taps we will waste water but also if keep doing this we won’t have any clean water left to drink. • If we don’t switch of light bulbs we will waste electricity and increase carbon dioxide.

  9. The end! Thanks for listening !!!!! Lets go eco!!!!!!!!!!
