Assignment • Develop a monitor te show the developments in internationalisation of Dutch universitiesand polytechnics • The HEI’s should be able to apply the instrument themselves, but overall reports have to be possible. • The results should express the relation between national and institutional strategy, operational policies, activities and results.

  5. Design of the instrument - 1 Facts on institutional policy, and policy goals: - responsibilities and dedicated staff - numbers of incoming and outgoing students - numbers of incoming and outgoing staff - internationalisation of programmes and staff - international research cooperations

Design of the instrument - 2 Facts on (results of) activities - number and size of international educational Ba- and Ma-programmes - staff training facilities - international cooperations in education and research - marketing and recruitment activities (staff and students) - studentmobility (incoming and outgoing) - Staff mobility (incoming and outgoing) - facilities (housing, support staff etcetera)
