1. CSR Report Celebration of World Environment Day on all SEZs On the occasion of World Environment Day, 20 saplings were planted on Coimbatore SEZ with Synefra, Sodexo and G4 Security staff. Awareness session on importance of plantation and avoiding plastic was also imparted to the employees Similarly at Padubidri SEZ as well, awareness session was conducted for the staff. CSR & EHS jointly organized Sustainable Resource Management by Dr. Srinikathan from Dept of Chemical Engineering NITK Surathkal (Former Chairman of State Environment Impact Assessment Authority) was organized under EHS for all the Padubidri SEZ officials The day was also celebrated as plastic picking day in Padubidri. 48 people participated in the activity and plastic was picked along the Padubidri Road

2. Quiz program was organized for the students of two schools – Padebittu and Kanchinadka villages on environment. Eco Club was formed and inaugurated in Ganapathi Highschool in Padubidri. Along with environmental awareness, 50 saplings were also distributed for plantation. 50 plants were also planted on the area of biodiversity on the SEZ On SEZ Waghodia too, 25 saplings were planted and an awareness session was conducted. Forest Department officers were also invited for the function organized to celebrate the World Environment Day.

3. 24 SHG women visited SECL to explore the job work of blade kit making – 8 of them were shortlisted and they will be given the work • Nutritional packets were distributed to TB patients under health program being implemented in 11 villages of Padubidri SEZ • A coordination meeting for 17 community workers and 6 link workers was organized to sustain the health program initiatives beyond project • Condom use was promoted through target games to minimize HIV risk • Prasad Netralaya’s linkage was established to conduct eye-screening camp at the units on the SEZ • Under employee wellbeing activity, an exposure tour to botanical garden was organized for Synefra employees of the SEZ. They were taken to Pilikula Biological Garden, Artisan Village & Zoo. • 6 free yoga classes were held in the month of June in which 17 people participated PADUBIDRISEZ

4. Training on health and hygiene was conducted for adolescent girls • Training on forming cooperative was conducted for SHG women members • 43 SHG meetings were conducted and one new SHG was formed • 360 degree review was conducted for the projects in Waghodia • Play kit workshop was organized in Gajdhara • Two damaged rooms were repaired and put to use under hardware program in Amodar school • Play kits were installed by each school WAGHODIA SEZ

5. Free Animal HealthCamp was organized in coordination with the Animal Husbandry Department in Rayarpalayam village - 410 big and small animals were examined in the camp • Prof. Mathivannan from the renowned Institute of Veterinary Science was invited as resource person to train the cattle keepers in livestock management practices • 3 doctors from department, 6 employees from Synefra, 5 community volunteers and Panchayat President participated in the camp • Provide 5 book-shelves to Govt Middle School in Rayarpalayam -222 students will benefit from it COIMBATORE SEZ

6. RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEE AWARD Synefra Responsible Employee Award was declared. The first prize was shared by Mr Palanisamy (Coimbatore SEZ) and Mr Dharmesh Pancholi (Waghodia SEZ)
