  2. Case History:City of McKinney, Texas The first Bulldog project was part of the City’s Annual Maintenance Program to Replace Substandard Water and Sewer Mains. This project was prioritized because of red water complaints and because the City’s Paving Department was preparing to pave the street.

  3. Case History:City of McKinney, Texas Designed new 1,110 feet of 8” PVC water pipeline offset from existing main. The pipe was DR18, C900. Joint restraint was needed at reducers, bends, and valves.

  4. Case History:City of McKinney, Texas New PVC water line paralleled the existing main. 45-degree offsets used instead of 90-degree bends because the smaller angle generates less thrust force.

  5. Case History:City of McKinney, Texas Using the Bulldog System resulted in: • Successful installations • Less installation time compared to the traditional method • No wait for concrete to cure • No concrete mess or expense • Backfilled and ready for pavement repairs by the end of the day

  6. City of McKinney, Texas: Fabricated Fittings • Installation of BullDog™ PVC fabricated pressure fittings in April, 2007. • Project connected new pipe line to existing pipeline.
