Are you self-disciplined, have a great work-ethic, good grades, trustworthy, a man of character.

  12. 10%, 80%, 10% Rule cont. • Capable: Typical player, good kid, maybe struggles in the academic area etc… Need some of these guys to become Highly Capable • Incapable: Always have an excuse! Miss the weight room, bad grades, behavior issues, cannot be trusted etc…

Student athletes must have received passing grades during the previous six-week grading period in subjects that earn a minimum of five (5) credits per year toward graduation. In addition, according to South-Western City School Board approval and OHSAA guidelines, student-athletes must maintain a minimum grade point average per six-week grading period, as follows, to be eligible to participate. Student-athletes may petition once during their freshman/sophomore years and once during their junior/senior years for an eligibility waiver, which must be approved by the Athletic Director.

The season is not deemed to have concluded until the final activity is completed. Typical culminating activities may include but are not limited to banquets, award recognition programs or other functions that mark the official end of the season.
