ON PRESENTER and VENUE? • This program has grown out of Bertie’s years of involvement with the youth – firstly as teacher and coach and secondly as Rotary Youth Exchange officer. • Building self awareness and thus self belief in students through helping them to appreciate their personal uniqueness’s (strengths and weaknesses) has always been my ultimate challenge says Bertie. • Having focus (goals) make decision making and opportunity identification so much easier as only activities and actions that would take you closer to your goals would end up being worth pursuing and that is the true distinction between leaders. • We have combined with Pro-Act Ventures a leadership development facility at Prestige College – Private School just outside Pretoria – refer (Pro-active adventures) a because of their excellent facilities, programs and professionalism.
