Wrocław is the largest city in the west part of Poland and at the same time the capital of Lower Silesia region. • It has the population of 631 377 people. • Wrocław was built at the turn of the 9th and 10th century. • Only after the World War II, the city was assigned to Poland. • Before that, Wrocław belonged to Germany and was called Breslau.
WROCŁAW`S MAIN SQUARE • Nowadays the central part of the walking area. It is one of the biggest market squares in Europe, with the biggest town hall in Poland. • One of the most favourite meeting places.
THE PANORAMA OF RACŁAWICE • This is one of the few places where you can see the old mass culture. It was built in the 1970s to display the painting from Lvov by W. Kossak and J. Styka. • The painting is presented in such a way that it takes the audience into another world.
Multimedia Fountain • One of the biggest attractions of Wrocław; in the summer it is visited by thousands of tourists. Next to the fountain there is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious waffles.
Pergola • Pergola in the shape of a half an ellipse, built around the fountain. The perfect place for romantic walks or having rest with the family.
It is a historic building, constructed in 1911–1913. As an early landmark of reinforced concrete architecture, it was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006. It lies close to other popular tourist attractions, such as the Wrocław Zoo, the Japanese Garden, and the Pergola with its Multimedia Fountain. CENTENNIAL HALL
South park • Park which has a restaurant in the woods. On large lawns, you can lie down on the blanket and chill out.
Malt island • A small island located on the Odra River. The island hosts various concerts and activities for young people. At night, the island has its special unique ‘charm’.
Market hall • An interesting example of architecture from the modernistic turning-point period; built between 1906 and 1908,you feel like on a real marketplace and get what you need.
Skytower • The highest building in Wrocław whichhas also a shopping center, office buildings and apartments. One of the apartments belongs to Bruce Willis.
Skybowling club • Best bowling club in our city. Ideal for meetings with friends. It is located in the Sky Tower.
WROCŁAW’S DWARFS These small figurines first appeared in the streets of Wrocław in 2001. Since then, their numbers have been continually growing, and today they are considered a tourist attraction. They appear in the places that we associate with something. Thisdwarf name is Pierożnik, he is placed near the restaurant. There are already more than 50 dwarfs in the city now.
Aqua Park • Aqua Park attractions are countless. The Water Park is one the best in Poland. People of all ages like to spend time there.

Castle in Bolków It is located in a small town Bolków, which is 50 km away from Wrocław. Inside the castle is located a regional museum. Every year the Castle Party is held here. This is a very cool event where we can meet the knights.
CASTLE KSIĄŻ The castlewas built between 1288-1292 by Prince BolkoICrude inWałbrzych. It is a great attraction for tourists. Landscapes seen from the terracesof the castle impress with their beautythousands of touriststhatcome to this place everyyear.
GÓRY STOŁOWE One of the few mountains of this type inthis part ofEurope. The highest peak of the mountain is Szczeliniec the Great. People often tellvarious legends aboutthe area.
Miniature Park of Lower Silesia in Kowary This is a park showing our region in the small version. In this park you can quickly travel from one city to another. Buildings are made withamazing precision, for something so small.
Palaces Valley Palaces Valley is located in the foothills of the Giant Mountains (Karkonosze). It is a group of restored palaces where you can spend your free time and enjoy the nature.
