What they do to help Conservationists are the people solving our problems everyday we just don’t know it. Well there are a few organisations that are saving our native birds firstly they have solutions like using traps with Their favourite food and then putting them on safe islands without predators. They take the eggs and ensure they are hatched, using dangerous poisons to get rid of the predators.
when Organizations haven't been around for ever they only started trying to save our new Zealand native birds In In 29 of January 2014 It all started. It as started from doctor Dick smith Launched Doc’s largest ever species protection called battle for our birds they are organisation that catch the New Zealand native birds. They work with the zoo and put the birds a safe Island .
why People are saving the Kakapo because We don’t want our native birds to go extinct. Well put you self In their shoes would you want your race going extinct, I didn’t think so. Why Aren’t people just killing as much predators as they can. I personally think that they are not doing enough they should be creative and use stuff like (Eg)Really tall fences that are curved at the The top of the fence or electric fences around the the edge of the Island.
How People are saving the Kakapo by even getting people that are really greens to pick up rubbish everyday. And organisation like Bnz, operation nest egg and Doc are planting over 100 traps every were In the forest. They use traps to catcher the predators and wipe them out for good. They have used some random Idea's but have failed to work.
