  5. www.vics.ru 2006_TPT-WG-28_MEG_010_v2 General Information The terminal is located in Vostochny port, the largest and deepest port in the Russian Far East, with all year round navigation and no ice restrictions. The terminal provides a full range of stevedoring services for export/import, transit and coastal containers, handling of general cargoes, and power connection for reefer containers. Currently the facilities, machinery and qualified workforce are able to handle up to 1,000,000 TEU per annum.
