Casey Foundation, Save The Children, and Enterprise Foundation • Outcomes Measurement, Case Management, for daily data entry by both front-line and intermediary staff • Excellent on-line analysis of ETO relationship

  7. Innovation Network -Workstation 2.0 • Innonet is a nonprofit organization working to share the power of evaluation with nonprofits and funders. Offers free Web-based tool for evaluation. • Logic Model Builder and Evaluation Plan Builder: Both are designed to walk people through the processes of crafting a particular kind of planning framework (either a Logic Model or an Evaluation Plan), and to provide helpful information, examples, and resources along the way.

  8. Foothold Technology • Web-based ASP for case management and client-tracking software for human service agencies. • AWARDS allows automated tracking of medication records, hospitalizations records, facilities maintenance, outcome reports, and more. • The AWARDS application is comprised of three main components used for the data management: General Information, Chart Records, and Administration.

  9. Community Technology (CTK) • Online Data Manager – Web-based client/adminstrative tracking and output/outcome reporting for social service and funding organizations.
