Terms & Conditions • Media Booking Form must be signed and submitted to MediaCorp Ad Admin prior to booking. • Packages are valid till 31 March 2012. • All entitlements must be utilised by 31 March 2012. • All entitlements must be utilised within the following periods: • Single-station buy: 2 weeks • Multi-station or cross-category buy: 4 weeks • Package price is based on 30-sec radio commercial. For other durations, please refer to thebase rates in the rate book. • Expenditure is taken as fulfillment of master contract. • Expenditure is nett, and not entitled to discounts, bonuses or any other privileges stated in mastercontract. • Package price is not inclusive of production cost. • All spots are planned by advertisers/ agencies. • Limited to single advertiser/campaign per order. • To enjoy multi-station and cross-category buys’ entitlement, all selected stations must be stated in one MBF. • Bonus entitlement cannot be used to buy the packages. • No premium positioning is allowed. • Package is subject to airtime availability at the point of media bookings. • Package price is in Singapore Dollars and subject to prevailing GST. • Package price is subject to a festive loading of 15% for the period of June, November to February for selected stations namely; 938Live,Class 95FM, Gold 90.5FM, Capital 95.8FM, Love 97.2FM and Y.E.S. 93.3FM. • Package price is subject to a festive loading of 15% four weeks prior to Hari Raya Puasa and Deepavali for the Malay and Tamil language stations respectively.
