  2. Introduction Task Statement: Complete a utilization study of the HarmonieWeb Ronna SharePoint sever. Provide a detailed presentation which depicts who, when, why and how the server is used. Analytic Notes: • Study Used Google Analytics Reporting • The following two slides show the ‘Top 15’ • Top 15 countries using Ronna (based on address registry) • Top 15 most active pages on Ronna as identified in the Google reports • The remaining slides show the actual pages visited in Ronna • The statistics reflect times on the Ronna Server – NOT the time using downloaded material • The ‘TOP 15’ active pages only represent 3655 of the total 22,357 interaction. • The Business Intelligence module was not purchased for the Ronna SharePoint server • Custom scripts must be developed to show comprehensive COI usage statistics • For this study we manually compiled usage statistics for the ANSF COI • BLUF: • Ronna is being actively used by the Coalition and Afghans • 22,357 total page view/interactions in Feb 2013 • Average of 1:08 minutes per interaction • The most active Ronna COI is the ANSF COI (5,382 documents) • During Feb 2013 ANSF had 1782 Ronna page view/interactions • Ronna is an active information exchange gateway
