Sustainability is key • Also, 25 of the 75 delegates have trained up as assessment centre assessors and now help with the running of the selection process… so essentially, it’s the business assessing the business • We’ll also be investing in some delegates becoming Myers-Briggs practitioners as well as learning how to facilitate 360 feedback
