The Science • Indiana University – Dr. Karp • CM vs. CR (Endurox) vs. FR (Gatorade) • 9 cyclists: 4 training sessions • 1st: VO2max and Pmax • Last 3 sessions • 1st bout in interval format: 2min@90% Pmax: 2min@50% • 4hr Rest: immediately after then 2hr after • 2nd bout of endurance: 70% VO2max
