Progress to Date • February 2003: Joint Network Rail and ATOC submission to change GE/RT8250 to mandate a web-based system • May 2004: Formation of NIR User Group • July 2005: RSSB authority • August 2005: Software Development contract awarded to Interfleet Technology Ltd • September 2005 - Ongoing: Software development • 26 February 2006: NIR-Online launch
