Auburn University Campus Objectives 2010-2020 • Construct a new central classroom facility/facilities to provide students with modern, state of the art classroom facilities. • Improve older, deteriorated Academic Buildings to provide a better learning environment for students and working environment for faculty and staff. • Construct a new Student Wellness and Sustainability Center • Redevelop Old Coliseum Site • Create the Health Science Center/Campus • Replace the Small Animal Teaching Hospital • Renovate student housing facilities to improve quality of life. (Hill, CDV dorms, Sewall Hall) • Construct/Renovate Athletic Facilities to increase AU competitiveness. • Renovate architecturally significant Academic Buildings to provide a better learning environment for students and working environment for faculty and staff. • Construct College/Dept specific research facilities as funding may allow. • Construct other facilities as funding may allow. • Haley Center • Funchess Hall • Upchurch Hall • Parker Hall • Allison Hall • Spidle Hall • Multipurpose Indoor Practice Facility • Stadium Renovations • Olympic Sport Training Facility • Comer Hall, Textile Bldg, Mary Martin Hall, Dudley Hall, Greene Hall 2
