About Ink Determining Job Ink Cost • For a 6"x4" label with 25% coverage of each color (i.e.. 25% Yellow, 25% Magenta, 25% Cyan, 25% Black) - on average - you'd be able to print the following number of labels using the default DPI setting: • Color = 406 • MSRP Cost: Color = $47.95 • Per Label Cost = $ .11 + $ .08 = $ .19 US ($0.18 LX810)

  10. LX400 Labels • Small labels( <1.5”) may need a 3” OD, 2” ID core to prevent curling • Turret glue or removable tape must be used to secure stock to core so it can easily detach • Core width should match liner width • Masking tape can be used to secure labels for shipping or storage

  11. LX400 Labels If using through-hole stock or round labels: • Measure from edge to center of hole –OR- • Measure from edge to center of circle • Set bar to this value
