  6. District Transition Plan • How will the district support the transition? • How should the building level administrators support the transition? • What should teachers’ instructional focus be? • What is happening with the state assessment? (CSAP)

  7. Elementary Math Transition Launch *Leadership teams at Kindergarten and 5th grade have begun the work. *Take a look at the Draft documents at your table. *Have discussion about format, components, etc.

  9. Have conversation at your tables: From the Curriculum Frameworks, what should follow to help with transitioning and implementing new standards? Collect your ideas on Chart paper.
