Alat Kontrol bagi Prinsipal apakah Salesman melakukan order product di outlet dengan baik, sehingga out of stock di outlet dapat dihindari. Control Pricing di outlet dan info pricing competitor. Replacement SPG bisa lebih cepat apabila SPG tersebut performance-nya tidak bagus. Prinsipal tidak perlu melakukan proses rekrutmen yang memerlukan waktu dan tenaga. Prinsipal tidak perlu mengurus peraturan ketenaga-kerjaan seperti Jamsostek dan kontrak SPG.

  9. Criteria & Responsibility The Requirement for SPG-SPB Female / Male Having physical and mental health/not suffering illness declared with medical certificate issued by a med Doctor. Education in High School or equivalent Certificate. Having good behavior record Age 18–27 years old Understand the local language & local custom based on the placement areas Having good communication skills Highly initiative and active Sales oriented. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Implement & maintaining display of any brand as desired by Principle Explain product knowledge of any brand as desired by Principle to consumer Selling any brand, manage & control activities in the field Provide sales and activities reporting as standard given by principle .

RESPONSIBILITIES • MD • Provide SPG-SPB/Supervisor as per company need • Provide display products • Good training to SPG-SPB/ Supervisor • Good demo implementation and monitoring system • Service management and follow up program • Good Manage “Critical Path”, administration and invoicing • Dedication Coordinator in-house. . • CLIENTS • Support sales activities. • Brand awareness • Provide promotion material (brochure/leaflet/poster, etc) • Provide uniform as company policy • Provide all information needed.
